Wanted to find out what things one can do related to enjoying nature or any unique things in the area when I drive alone on (N2 upto Basel)E35 from Interlaken to Mannheim. Thank you.
Driving from Switzerland to Mannheim you pass the Black Forest. If you have time enough, leave the motorway A5 and take the B 500 through the Black Forest. You'll pass small towns and villages and can enjoy the beautiful scenery. If you have a few hours, park at Ruhestein and take the chairlift up for a nice hike. If you only have one hour, park at Mummelsee and at least walk around this lake. Both have parkinglots right at the B 500.

Thank you. Might be I will go by E25 to Strasbourg and then come accross to join B500 then go on B500 till Baden Baden and then take A5 to Mannheim.

It would be much more logical to visit the Black Forest first before heading to Strasbourg. Zürich - Waldshut-Tiengen - B500 - Baden-Baden. Just get yourself a good map which has the scenic routes in the Black Forest marked. E.g. along this route Imperial Abbey of St Blaise en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sankt_...
