I would appreciate an indication of the taxi fare to & from the Hauptbahnhof to Schloss Stolzenfels on a Saturday afternoon. Would ther be any difficulty in getting a taxi back to Koblenz?

My husband will be working in Landstuhl this summer, and I will be joining him for part of the time. I return home before him, and therefore have to get myself from Landstuhl to the airport. I am going to take the train, but my flight is in the morning, so my train leaves at 5:15 am. I am a bit nervous about travelling by myself that early in the morning. Will the train be somewhat full early on a weekday? I'd actually feel better if there were more people around than being by myself. Thank you!
do i need to prebook a train from Frankfurt airport to mainz to save money i've been on the DB Bahn site and there are a number of trains which are not available for purchase on line but it states they are 15euros flat rate.
is this rate available if i just buy on the day

Does anyonehave any ideas how often ferry's leave costs etc.
I have had a look at the KD website and it says there are only two ferries at 8.45am & 9.45am is this correct or are there more ferries

I am new to Wiesbaden and will be looking at a house there on Tuesday. The only downside is the distance. Eventually, my husband will be working on the Wiesbaden Army Airfield base. Right now he commutes to Mannheim. Does anyone who lives there have any idea what the drive is like to Wiesbaden during rush hour traffic? We have 3 small children ages 6, 6 ad 8. Is Bad Kreuzach a good place to live for families? Any information that anyone has would be much appreciated. Bonnie
can you give me info on when the Bad Kreuznach wine festival is this fall? we lived many years ago at 109 Salenenstrassa. Is this a private home now or can you rent an over night room there? What is the name and phone, if you can rent an overnight room?
