From the Airport website: bacolod-silayairport.com/air... From Bacolod, you may board an airport shuttle for Php 100.00 to Php 150.00. Shuttle service is available at SM South terminal and Robinsons mall. Nyala Travel and Tours, the official partner of Hotel and Restaurants Association in Negros Occidental, also provide shuttle for Php 150.00. Pick-up points are at Magsaysay-Lacson Sts (near Luxur Place) and at Caltex Lopues East. From Bacolod down town you have to look for further transportation to Pulupandan; 14 more km down along the West coast. PJ

okay. Sir tell me if i get it right, i need to ride a shuttle from the airport to SM then look for further transportation to Pulupandan?

I'm not an expert for the city, but from the rare info I can find and the map of the area, I would say so. First to downtown and than ask/look for a connection (probably mini-bus; there could be moped drivers offering taxi service). PJ

Once you get to SM, you can find a taxi to take you to the Ceres Terminal (South). You should expect to pay around Peso 50 to 40. At the Ceres Terminal, you find the bus going to Pulupandan. The people there are very helpful and buses leave about every half hour. Prices are probably in the Peso120 range. You can tell the conductor to drop you off along the main road going to Pulupandan. Pulupandan is a few kms off the main highway. From the fork going to Pulupandan, you then hire a tricycle to get to Seminio. Bacolod to Pulupandan is about 30 min travel time. SM to Ceres terminal is about 10min with traffic. If you get a taxi, it'll cost you more than Peso700
