Is it possible to catch a bus from Baalbeck to Aleppo?
No - you'll need to get down to Beirut and then you can catch a bus to Aleppo from there - it takes about 6-7 hours, depending on the time taken over the border crossing. Alternatively, you could take a servis taxi to Damascus and catch the bus from there to Aleppo.
