Is it better to visit Hieropolis on way to Afrodisias? Or do we do H from Pamukkale, as a side trip?... next morning best route,and how long to reach Fethiye? Hi, I'm going to Icmeler in June and was wondering what time the dolmus's stopped running and what their latest pick-up/drop off time was? Also are the taxi's around Marmaris and Icmeler a 24 hour thing?

I am travelling from Bodrum airport to Marmaris this saturday 5may. I know the Dolmus will take me from the airport to Bodrum, but does anyone know of any busses going from there, or from the airport, to Marmaris?

Are there shops at the port or am I best heading out into the town to purchase cigarettes? Also are there any customs there you have to pass when gettign back onto the ship?

Hv come across an agency by the name Reliable Travel in Cappadocia - has anyone used them? any feedback?

We are arriving in Kayseri on 7th June morning and drive to Cappadocia area for 2 full days. We have the return flight at 8,40 am on the 9th.

Should we stay the 8th night at Kayseri or should we stay both the nights at Capadoccia??

how much i will pay if i take a taxi from istanbul to mugla ??

Hi have had a read through a few posts here and the turkeytravelplanner site and also Havatas shuttle bus site - seems most of the cheaper transport has their last departure at 1am and don't start again till 3am or so - 3 of us are booked to arrive with Air Arabia at 0025 hours so would be surprised to be able to get out to the last bus.

The travel planner site says a private car is their transport of choice but at 60 euro Im wondering if anyone else would suggest other alternatives. I had thought I would look for accommodation to stay in Sultahnamet for 3 or 4 nights rather than Taksim then we will get a rental car for the 16 or 17 days remaining depending on how long we stay in Istanbul.
the Turkey travel planner site says by using the private car and staying at one of that companies 3 hotels we would get a free fruit bowl! which Im not too worried about but have heard there are some hotels that include an airport pick up but does anyone know of any for Sabiha?
we could arrange to pick up the rental car on arrival at Sabiha as some in our group of 3 are wondering but I doubt its worth it with parking issues and the cost of about 20 euro a day car hire unnecessarily...though 60 euro for a private car works out about the same!
