The best natural attractions to see in this region

Hi! Can anybody give me advise of the most interesting natural places (water, mountains, gorges,volcanoes...) to see in Auvergne. Is there any interesting river for raffting? Are here good and calm bicycle rouths (and not very steep), because i'll also have a bike with me. Which is the best place or area to stay for a week or two (a lot of attractions not far away), because I'll doing a round trips with bike from camping site. Thanks a lot, Ana
