i will be visiting austin soon are they any places that i should avoid or locations. also are taxis safe to see or tour around austin tks

    Austin is a pretty safe city...just use your common sense and you should be fine. Taxis are a safe way to travel in Austin. As far as where to avoid, it's hard for me to give you exact areas; if you are a tourist, I don't see why you would be heading into the areas that are considered "unsafe".
