Choice of Apartment Hotels in Auckland, CBD

Hi, Can someone recommend me a reasonably priced apartment hotel in CBD preferably along or near Queen's St. Currenly i'm contemplating on either Oaks Residence or Central Precinct Apartments? Can someone help. Many thanks :)
