Can't say about NJ laws but Las Vegas is pretty strict about underage people near the tables or slots. You can "walk through" the casinos but you can't play with anyone underage. Now i've not seen infants in casinos but I would expect the same rule would apply.

Well plenty of drinking and second hand smoke......d:o/

No, you would not take an infant into the casino. Not only would other patrons look at you like you had lost your mind, but if you sit down to play you will be asked to leave. Nothing would irk casino players more than a crying child.

That said, many of the hotels will supply a licenced babysitter service.

As mentioned you can walk through it but can't stop in the playing area or actually play with an infant or anyone under 21.

Yes, if the infant is over 21!
Not being harsh.....but....Why would you want to and why would another patron want to sit next to you/an infant who could potentially cry/need to be changed/distract you and thus the game that you are playing?
