We are visiting Atlanta in June and looking to catch a Braves game. What is a nice (not too expensive) hotel to stay at? What is the best way to get from that hotel to Turner Field? Thanks for yoru help
There is a Ramada Inn and a comfort Suites within walking distance but their rates may be quite high on game day dates. There are many good hotels in the 'downtown' area around International Drive and you can get to the Stadium by a shuttle bus from Five Points Station.

www.ramada.com for John Wesley Dobbs Ave, but the reviews I see are horrendous! Better to stay a little out of downtown and take Marta bus to the stadium....

Or not to worry about finding transportation, just find a VT'er who enjoys going to the braves games to shuttle you about! ;-) When are you going to be down in Atlanta?
