Buckhead

I was in Atlanta about five years ago and loved the nightlife in the Buckhead area. I friend of mine is their right now (7-14-09) and is claiming most of the bars have been closed. Is he in the wrong spot or has it changed?

    most of the bars have been demolished. midtown is where the action is!
