Wroclaw University (Poland) is organising a student exchange with Oskemen (Ust-Kamenogorsk) University (Kazakhstan). We will arrive to Astana on July 25th in the evening and we would like to rent a bus with a driver for 13 persons to Oskemen. We would also like the bus with the driver to stay with us for 3 weeks around Oskemen (local trips) and to return with us to Astana on August 20th. When I was in Kazakhstan (Astana-Almaty) and Kyrgyzstan (Bishkek) last fall on a group business trip, all of our logistics were set up by Fantastic Asia (www.fantasticasia.net, e-mail to info@fantasticasia.net). They did an amazingly good job--everything went like clockwork. I highly recommend them.

Astana now is more expensive than Moscow. Get ready to pay more than what you thought. I am on temporary assignment in Astana and I can't even afford to eat out. Food is too expensive and you'll never enjoy them. I order my food online.
