Hi, I'm possibly looking to visit Asmara & Eritrea for a few months, thefore looking at renting an apartment with internet connection. Can someone advise me of the approximate cost for such an idea permonth? Thank you.
I hope that this response is not too late. I am moving out of a good 3 bed apartment on 10.02.08. It costs USD600 per month, plus utilites. It is much more than I need, but it is fully furnished. I saw a lot of rubbish filthy apartments at USD 500 with little furniture and no washing machine or cooking utensils, before I found this one. The market has been spoilt by the high number of UN employees a few years back. I am told that you can get a villa for USD 400 per month, you just have to persevere.
