Average accommodation in Asmara

Can anyone recommend a cheap but clean hotel in Asmara? I've heard the Bristol Hotel is ok, but if anyone has any other suggestions, I'd be grateful. By cheap I mean between5-$10. Thanks.

if you change in the black market i think you'll get about 20 nakfa for 1. you can get a single room in Ambassador Hotel
