Calls to Ashgabat mobile phones from outside the country.

Can anybody help em to get in touch with a special friend. I have a mobile number but do not know the code for international calls to a mobile. +993 1 and the number does not work. Can anybody help. Regards, Keith

    Hi Keith, Well, i'm not sure what's going on but I have the same problem too. I can receive calls and texts fine from Turkmen mobiles, but I can't seem to send any back or call from outside the country. Try just +993 I have friends with mobile numbers which start with +99366... try that too. Tell me if it works. Cheers, Winnie
