I visit Arthur's Pass regularly but have never seen anything like a bike hire place. Arthur's Pass is really a tiny village with an information centre, a public toilet, about three cafés, some accommodation and some holiday homes. The last place to get a bike would be Springfield - but not even sure about this. Sorry... ;-( What exactly would you want to do? I mean: bike to which place? Do you have a car? (In this case you could hire a bike in Christchurch and take it wherever you want.)

Hire a bike to greymouth and go to arthur pass with train or atomic shuttle
