Tourist Visa

Hi guys, Wondering if you can help me. I am a Pakistani passport holder residing in Dubai. I would like to visit Yerevan for a short holiday but need a invitation letter, how am I to obtain this document? Being a tourist obviously means I do not know anyone there! If I book a hotel, will they help in acquiring a tourist visa? regards, Uzma
