What is the weather like?

I am travelling next week and visiting Armenia, Georgia and Azerbijian. I will be in the region until October. What is the weather like at this time? I can find conditions for Yerevan, but we are travelling all over. I am assuming it will be cooler in the mountainous areas (Lake Sevan), but how much cooler? I am thinking about what to pack and as I like to travel light, I would like to limit what I bring.
