Road Trip

I am planning to road trip starting in Istanbul or Ankara then drive to Armenia, Georgia, Azerbhaijan then ferry to Turkmenistan and up over to Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Ukrain (kiev) and then down Moldova, Romania, Bosnia and into Crotia for a pause then return the rental via Montenegro, Albania, Macedonia. Anyone with any help on these route would be helpful
