Hello, I'm flying to Arhus airport on Friday and then hope to get a train to Aalborg. I've got the train from Arhus to Aalborg before but I didn't have to travel from the airport. Is the airport far from the city and are there buses running from airport to train station? Thanks for any help, Dave
Hi Dave, Greetings from Denmark. The airport is really called "Tirstrup", because it is nowhere near Aarhus. It takes exactly 45 minutes by car from the airport to Aarhus. And a lot of my foreign visitors always ask me, why is it called Aarhus? There are busses all the time to Aarhus, I checked the homepage: http://www.aar.dk/ENGELSK/index.html The ticket costs 10 Euro each way. Have a good trip, and bring some warm clothes! Pia
