No. Nothing direct. The easiest, and usually cheapest, way is via Dubai (ie. FlyDubai)

You can fly via Istanbul as well or via Dusseldorf http://www.flypgs.com/en/default.aspx ( via Istanbul-Gokchen) Or airberlin.com/en-DE/site/sta... to Abil from Dusseldorf Pegasus seems to have cheaper flights. You need one ticket to Istanbul or Dusseldorf and than another ticket with above budget airlines to Arbil.
