Now we realised that the best way to discover an Italian region is through food. Cooking, tasting and relaxing. Could you please recommend a company that provides such 1-day programs? Meanwhile I found only week-tours. Or may be you can recommend some sights producing local specialities that can be visited. I'm interested in Abruzzo or Apulia region. Thank you in advance.

I just returned from Venice, Italy where I had purchased an adorable Gondolier Tshirt for my 2year old grandson. When I got home, the shirt was too small! I want to purchase another one for him but I cannot find an online website that sells these shirts. These are the blue & white striped shirts with gold embroidered "Venezia Italia" on them. Is there anything I should know about that day in Firenze? Would it be a problem to go into City Center that evening?

Are there 2 different train that go from Milan Central to Peschiera del garda because when I look up train times and fares it seems that one takes just over an hour and the other takes about 1 hour 40 mins but is cheaper? I want to go for the cheaper option but cant get much information. Also does anyone know if its cheaper to book online or at the Train station?

I'm planing a trip with 3 friends to Italy in September. We'll be in Florence for 3 or 4 nights, and during our trip would like to visit the Uffizi Gallery & Academia Gallery (Statue of David). I did this many years ago on my own, and had to wait maybe an hour in line. I understand it's better to order in advance, and I found the official site b-ticket.com/b-ticket/uffizi... which seems to have the best prices. When I put in the dates I want, I see different times for when tickets are available, and it asks me to select 'seats'! Is this just a way to limit the number of tickets available for each time slot? I assume there are not actually 'seats'.

Hello. I have family in Ventiimiglia and family in Oppido Mamertina. I want to fly into Nice, France late June, to see my family in Ventimiglia. Then I want to go to from there to Reggio first week of July for la festa in Oppido Mamertina.

I'm trying to figure out the cheapest way to get from Ventimiglia to Reggio. Flights are really expensive. I was thinking train but will probably lose an entire day and not sure if that will cost any less.

I will be landing to Olbia tomorrow at 21:45. It is a sunday and I noticed that there will be no busses at that time. Is there any other way for me to get to STG tomorrow that does not cost me a fortune? Btw, I do not have a diriving licence.. :/

We are arriving on a train into Venezia Mestre which arrives at 3.00am, and want to get to a hotel close to Venezia Saint Lucia. But Saint Lucia is closed at night so can't use the shuttle service between the two stations. Any suggestions on how we can get there at night.
