Well not sure if Antigua is "special" in these matters, and it is not just regarding departure from there. Swabing is a way of life in many airports, and certainly in American ones. What it means is not the CSI type of a DNA swab from inside the mouth. What an airport security swab means is that they sometimes swab your bags, and it is put in a shoebox size scanner, which scans for explosives residue, they also sometimes swab a person's hands for the same reason. Travellers are encouraged to know what to do to make the process easier. gadling.com/2010/01/26/ten-t... Have fun.....d:o)
