can anyone tell me what the average costs are in Antibes. Average prices for breakfast, lunch, dinner in a decent restaurant?
I want to buy SIM card of orange, but where is the nearest shop/store selling orange SIM from the place around Jardins de la Pinede or Square Franck Jay Gould?

I will be visiting Antibes in Nov. Please inform if there is any Salsa/ Zouk dance club in Antibes.
Does anyone know if it is possible to get a bus near to Villa Eilenroc. I normally love walking but at the moment I'm having a bit of trouble with my knee and it looks quite a way on the map.
I am staying in a campsite in Biot in September. There is a small shop on site but I recall it was rather expensive. Does anyone know of a larger one in Antibes and if so can it be reached by bus.
Also is the Picasso Museum open, I had read it was closed. When I last visited about 5 years ago it was also closed and I was really looking forward to visiting it this time.
Hi! I will travel to Antibes in June this year! Haven't been there before, any ideas of do's and dont's?
Hi, My family will be in antibes for about two weeks in July. I am looking for a youth soccer club where my son, born 1997, might be able to work out/train. He plays club soccer in Los Angeles at a high level and understands some french.
Not sure if the club soccer scene in los angeles is replicated in Antibes, but it would be a good experience for our son. Any tips? thank you.
I'm an aupair in Antibes for 1 year and need to find a language school. I don't want one of the 1-2-1 schools as they are very expensive, I was hoping for one that was only on a wednesday as that is my day off. My host family had an aupair last year who went to a school ran by old teachers but it has changed location or something, it's very hard to find infomation on the internet.
can you walk from antibes old town to eden roc/ beu site hotel within easy time
are bus services also available after 10 pm?
Bonjour. I am taking a French language course in March at Central International D'Antibes, Avenue du Chateau. Is that close to restaurants and shopping as I will have no car?
Thank you, Merci Beaucoup.
I'd like to purchase a gift certificate and send it to a friend in Antibes. What's the esaiest way to do this?
We are planing to visit Marineland in September and to get there by car from Spain.
Please tell any information about timetable of the Killer Whale show in order we could organize our trip.
Thanks in advance.
Are there lockers available at Antibes railway station?
I have some dilema choosing between to two.
is those places overlap in their experience?
i especially want to entertain my 1.y years old boy,
i afraid Marineland will be to big and overwhelmingfor him...
and on the other hand, i really would like to be in both places, but don't want to get bored if it is the same in some manners.
what do you think?
Anyone know if digital radio reception(DAB)is available in Antibes?
we will be in antibes the middle two weeks of october and would like to participate in a one day cooking class/school that is nearby - trainable. are there any in nice or cannes//
We are travelling to Antibes in September and wanting to meet up with some friends who are staying in St Raphael (they are coming to meet us in Antibes). Can you advise me where I can find or if you have an emailed version of a timetable for Antibes to St Raphael trains times.
My boyfriend and I are traveling to the French Riviera for a couple of days in beginning of august - i know it's the middle of tourist season :(. But despite that where is a nice place to go that will be somewhat mellow and not as pretentious as Cannes? We are looking to enjoy sights and beaches for a moderate price if possible. Thanks :)
I know it has 70,000 or so inhabitants:-).
I live in a town of 100,000 which I think is of decent size..of course not a big city with lots of stuff to do, but it's far from a small village.
When I see pictures or videos of Antibes, it seems to be that Antibes (despite having a similar number of inhabitants) is the size of a small village, though.
But on the other hand, it might be bigger than it looks (and of a decent size, too like 70,000 makes me think), because everybody just films the beach and the old-town?
I am planning to visit Antibes for 1 week in mid march with my partner, and our 4 month old baby, as it seems to be not as busy as places like Nice, Cannes, etc. Obivously we'd like to visit those places on the odd day here and there, but as we have the little one in tow now, we'd like to be able to "retreat" to somewhere abit quieter. Or if anyone can suggest, another location, abit quieter, but central to all these places? any info would be extremely appreciated! (ps. we will have a car rental for the week)
hi We have a weeks accomodation in Antibes on the French Riviera and would like to do a trip to Paris. Of course we dont want to waste too much money on extra accom as it is already paid for in Antibes. The exchange rate of Euros/ZAR is a bit restrictive. Thought maybe night train and one night acc in Paris. Any suggestions please. We are travelling with our sons aged 22,20 and 15.
I am interested in renting for 2 women for 3 months is it possible to find a place for around 600 euros a month and is internet hookup possible
Please if anyone has a place let me know and if we have to go higher for great location we will
Thanks for your time
My daughter is planning a 3 week immersion course at the CIA. I have found a few disturbing reviews of the school and accomodations. Anyone else have any reviews of the place? I havent registered her yet and am now hesitant to do so.Thanks!!
We'll be in the area for a week in late spring and would prefer not to rent a car. We'll be staying at Les Jardins d'Ulysee (near Thalazur) which seems to be a bit remote by some standards. How practical would it be to rent bikes to get around town? What about using bikes to visit neighboring places (Cagnes especially)? My partner is in good physical shape (he's a runner) and I am willing but not particularly athletic. Any recommendations?
I am wanting to travel down to Antibes, to stay for a week, and then go onto Spain - I'd love to drive, but think it would be better to train or bus (less responsiblity!!).
Does any one have any suggetsions about transtport to/from this area?
Also - do I need to pre-book accomodation here, or is it okay to wing it? (I'll be there from 10th OCtober 06)
Thanks so much,
I am visiting the old town in September 2006, l need to be able to park my car for about 2 weeks.
We are considering buying an appt in Antibes. Would prefer something in centre rather on a complex. This means we won't have access to a swimming pool.
I'm wondering if any of the hotels with pools have leisure clubs which non hotel residents can join.
Any info including rates gratefully received Thank you
Does anyone know the email adress to this hotel in Antibes. A collegue of mine and I are going to Antibes in June. Does anyone know another good place to stay in the city?
Hi everyone. After 6 weeks in France in 2005, time to go back! Anyone heard of any reviews of the Centre International d'Antibes? I am looking for a good language school in either Nice or Antibes?
