    There is not a 100% vegetarian restaurant that I know of there, but there is a place which caters to vegetarians http://www.nature-saveur.com/ It also serves a lot of organic foods. The French website http://www.vegetarisme.fr/ has a list of vegetarian and vegetarian-friendly restaurants in various parts of France organized by department, but the site is only in French.
