Hi all, wish to know any interest places to visit nearby Clark Airport? How far from the airport to Angeles City? What is the most budget way to travel from the airport to Angeles City & vice versa? Is there any accommodation nearby the Clark Airport? Many thanks.
Well, you can climb Mount Pinatubo, but near Clark there is not much to do except visit Angeles and Fields Avenue and enjoy some good meals. I think there is a GH called Santol, or something like that that is very cheap at around 500 a night. Unfortunately when you arrive at Clark it is sort of a tourist trap, the trikes won't move for a certain fee, but walk out of the airport and you should be able to catch a jeepney for the same price as the locals. It is only a few kms away from Angeles --5 or 6 perhaps.

I recommend that you go to Nayong Pilipino where there are replicas of historical and tourist spots of the Philippines. While in Clark, you can also visit the Clark Museum and Museo Kapampangan.

Angeles City is 10 minutes to downtown.

I don't think there is a direct bus trip between these 2 points. Most likely, you have to go via Cabanatuan City. ... more
