Hello . I will be arriving in Naxos on 4th May 2013 ,Easter Saturday . I am staying in Agia Anna . Will there be any shops open so I can buy water & basic groceries . Also I read about a farmers market just outside Chora , how often is this on ?

Hi, I'll be in Santorini for 3 days (early July) with a couple of friends and we're looking for a cheap/decent place to stay if possible. We found out that there's a lot of accommodations in Fira, Imerovigli and Perissa.
However, we'll still unsure of which area would be the best in terms of prices and its accessibility to other areas in santorini. Basically, our itinerary for the 3 days would be to explore around as much and also to relax and enjoy the sceneries. Hope to get some insights. =)
Currently have 4 days booked in Santorini. Travelling on my own and starting to think that it will be too long. Thinking of going back to Mykonos for the other 2 days. More things to do for a single gay guy. Will 2 days be enough to see the sights of Santorini?
I will be travelling to Mykonos in July and plan to propose to my girlfriend while we are there, I have a few ideas whizzing about my head, but can anybody recommend any places, beaches, restaurants etc to give me a bit of starting point? Having never been before I'm going in completely blind, so any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, As we never did on our one before it is good to have some reassurance from fellow travellers: We arrive in Athens on June 26 at 13.50, and we need to get to Andros the same day: - is it best to take then the ferry from Rafina? - is it necessary to book in advance? Hi We arrive in Batsi on a Monday early afternoon in June, but the next ferry to Andros, is 7:15pm. Does anyone know of any other way for us to get to Batsi a bit earlier than that. Can't find much about the dolphins and catamaran, but think that they early in the morning. Thanks!!
My girlfriend and myself have decided to go to Andros after much deliberation and arguing! She wants a quiet place with a beach and thats it, whereas I consider things like shops and resturants equally important. This has led us to looking at the outskirts of Batsi, I have found a few places on the internet such as Stivari, Agia Marina and Agios Kyprianos that are apparently very close to Batsi but also have quiet less touristy beaches. Is this correct firstly and do these places have anywhere to stay? Does anyone know what tour operators work on the island esp those from the UK - The only one I know of is Kosmar so far!! Please reply if you can help me as we are to book very soon! Many Thanks
