Catching the Vuelta in Andorra

Hi I'm hoping to catch some of the Vuelta a Espana in the Andorra region (finishes near Vallnord / Arcalis) this September. All I can find on the region involves winter sports, I'm looking for any tips on roads, hotels, local hidden gems, etc., relevant to the off-season. Also, I'm still trying to confirm exactly where to watch the stage, so info on the actual '07 route will also help. Thanks!
