I'm arriving at Incheon Intl airport at 9pm,Oct.5. Any buses or trains to Andong leaving midnight or later. Should I go to Incheon or Seoul? I want to get to Andong early morning.
Last bus to Andong from Seoul is at 8:30pm so you are going to have to get a hotel room. I don't know the train schedule right now, but last I checked the last train leaves at 10:30 headed that way so you are still going to have to get a hotel and leave early in the morning. I think the first bus from Seoul is at 6:00am from the Dong Seoul Bus Terminal. Too bad you are getting in so late. I understand the rest of your question...Incheon or Seoul.

Yeah, getting to Andong at that time will be tricky. Better travel into Seoul (airport buses to Seoul run until around 10pm. The new Airport Express train (A'REX) runs until around midnight) and get yourself some cheap lodging for one night close to the train station or bus terminal. Cheers, Robert
