excursions from Fuengirola.

by belgianchocolate Online Now Jun 8, 2006 at 10:07 PM

A friend of mine chose Fuengirola as a base for excursions to the surroundings. She has her mind set up on what she want to see , but needs a little bit more information how to reach those spots. Fuengirola is a mass tourist destination , are there local travel agents to book these excursions at? Website? Prices for whalewatching trips , granada , Gibraltar... Or local longdistance transport? Every tip would be helpfull and very much appreciated. Thank you. Frank.

Pullmantur, click on excursion concerned for price spanish-fiestas.com/costa-de.... As for prices for "local longdistance transport" it sort of depends where to, e.g. how long distance. She can of course get the train to Malaga and points in between, as she will probably have done from the airport to Fuengirola anyway, and there are buses from Fuengirola to Marbella (I went the other way) and from Marbella's bus station, to all sorts of places like Ronda. I don't remember the cost though.
