Renting a flat for X-mas

Hi everybody! I hope that somebody can help me...We are planning to go to Anchorage for Christmas and New Year, altogether about 3 weeks. We would like to rent a appartment from there or just live in some reasonable price place. If somebody has any suggest or knowledge more about Anchorage, I would love to hear from You!
