The average walking time will noit be more than 10 minutes at average. At the Schiphol aiport all gates lead to the central transfer area, with the shops. Add 10 more minutes for shopping. Departure gates and Piers are displayed throughout the terminal building. Both your flights are non-Schengen so you don't have to change terminals - but in any case, AMS is all one big building. You are likely to have to transfer between Piers D, E and/or F - I think you depart from D but not sure which one you arrive at. Anyway, they are not far from each other. See (klm.com/travel/ch_en/prepare... - assuming that you will already have the boarding pass for your second flight. There's no mention of any import restrictions on fresh flowers on http://ukraine.visahq.com/customs/ or customs.lg.ua/downloads/uplo...

If by flowers you mean bulbs, this Ukrainian customs guide says they're not allowed: ukrtravel.com/customs_rules....
