change location

Need a bit of help!!

Traveling to Amsterdam mid Nov....to Amserdamn for a day. I are staying at the tulip inn....and looking for a bar /club that caters to an older professional crowd. Also..does anyone know if the flower auction is worth checking out at this time of the year???
