My buddy and I will be returning to our favorite city in the world and would like to know if there is anything especially cool happening while we'll be there. Since we were last in Amsterdam in Sept 2001, we have created a list of things we either missed or want to do again, but our time in Amsterdam is very fluid and flexible. We've read some of the popular travel guides, but are looking for something more unique and 'off the beaten path.' We really have no desire to leave the Netherlands, but aren't limiting ourselves to just Amsterdam and really want to see some of the greenhouses, flowers and plants and other sights in the Dutch countryside. Any suggestions you may have would be greatly appreciated! Can't wait! ~Amy
