Cheap hotel/hostel/B&B in Brussels (max. 40 EUR), single room

Can anyone suggest me anything? I spent hours in Internet and the prices they attract people with have nothing in common with reality - the final price is much higher! I'm staying in Brussels for two days at the beginning of September. Thank you in advance
