Long-term furnished apartment in Shmeisani area

I’m looking for a furnished but simple 1-2 bedrooms apartment, if possible in Shmeisani area or nearby. We are two friends travelling to Amman in May ‘07 for two years in order to volunteer with an international organization and learn Arabic. Our income is not high, so price should be around 300 JD.
