My friend wants her kids to see their dad, who is in Tijuana, but she can't go. She asked me if I could take them. They have their passports and so do I. What is needed to be able to do this without getting into any problems????

It's safe to go to Algodone? I need any information regarding travelling alone (white woman - 43) to Mexico. I am planning to go to Algodone (for dental treatment) and I read all kind of things and I don't know anymore which is the reality.
