change location

help has problem on laptop

I am currently in short bussiness trip in Algiers, recently my laptop bogged down and looking for replacement or repair. I checked Tosiba website and no Algerian Company stated here. Is anyone knows where I can locate toshiba rep office here? Since there is a communication problem here, finding one is quite q challenge. Not a tourism question but hope someone can help
