cafe/restaurant recommendations near prestana beach/golf hotel Praia dos Três Irmãos

Alvor before and loved it that is why we are returning but now have a little kid so keen to know recommendations for restaurants/cafes for great sardines and other seafood stuff that are on the beach near alvor/portimao because we are staying at the prestana beach and golf and our 18 month old has little legs so good to know where is good to eat and child friendly near where we stay particular restaurant/cafe recommendations please?
