Flights to El Nouzha, Alex

Have all international flights stopped going to El Nouzha, and diverted to Borg El Arab? My ticket was to El Nouzha but I ended up in Borg El Arab, I should have claimed some sort of compensation from STA! or Lufthansa. I hope they have not stopped flight coming to El Nouzha, it is so much more close to the rest of Alex.
