Aleppo dar alkandeel and dar halabia Hostels/Hotels

Has anyone stayed at either of these two hotels/hostels (dar alkandeel and dar halabia ) in Aleppo? Or has anyone visited these hotels/hostels that could give me some information as to the cleanliness, moderate comforts etc. traveling with aloha the coconut wireless

    Dar Al Kandeel is a *** stars hotel which services are equivalent to the number of stars:) - not really up to standards. However, it is a good choice for budget travellers. I would recommend another oriental hotel which I am sure you'll enjoy. I haven't tried them but a friend of mine recommended the hotel to me for a short stay. http://www.darzamaria.com/rest.html Have a nice trip.
