Travel Tips to Balloon Fiesta

Are the park and rides worth the money? Is the cost 15 dollars each day? Can you ride all day? Suggestions to drive into the park if the ParkNRide is not a deal? What if the balloons are grounded for weather- how does that affect your purchased ParkNRide ticket? I am planning 2009 attendance and would appreciate any TIPS!
