Hi, I will be relocating to ABQ in May. I'm looking for an apt in the north east section. Can anyone tell me the nice blocks or cross streets to pick an apt? Here are a couple I narrowed down, Louisiana Blvd btwn Montogmery and Osuna, or San Mateo Lane btwn San Meteo Blvd and Louisiana or Topke btwn San Pedro and San Mateo. Also is an anual salery of about50.000 a year enough to live comfortably in ABQ? I will be living in ABQ for at least a year or longer if I like it. I also need to buy a car soon after I get there, any tips. Thanks; Scott
Hey Scott, I'm from the Chicago suburbs and my hubby wants to move there too. We have friends on the NE side near Spain and Tramway. That area up there is very nice, but unfortunately I cannot recommend anything since I don't live there! But, post back here and let us maybe relocators know what you've found and if you like it...what state are you coming from? rhonda
