Hi all, am going to be a grand ol' 30 years old next month! (still feel 18 though :-) ) . Myself and three other lads are on a road trip from Porto through Lisbon to Albufeira. We will be in Albufeira from 18th to 22nd and my birthday would be celebrated that weekend. Am trying to search for something special to do/experience/capture on camera for the occasion and thought about asking the experts in here! :-) Is there something memorable that can be done that special day? here's a TIP: you will probably always still feel/think of yourself as 18, no matter how old you get!! everyone I know thinks this way, or at least a nearby age (maybe 20-21) Feliz Cumpleanos, and good luck on getting some good travel tips here.....

Not sure if you like sightseeing but the "grutas" in Lagos is an interesting place to visit. A guide takes you in a boat through caves, some of them shaped like things. Also, for night life, Oura is good. There are a few bars and clubs up and down the strip with souvenir shops.

flights are expensive that's a given but if you got the dough and time/schedule tight, go for it by all means thru... more
