Thanks BaHRaiNLoVeR for your help, BTW I called the Carlton and they seem to have a silly kind of fees, I need to pay to use the swimming pool, indoor track and machines (around 7,500 SR a year) without classes, and then pay extra per class. WOW very crazy if that price included the classes I would’ve still thought it was expensive but I would’ve joined if there was no alternative!! Then I called Primadonna, they have 3 classes a day (one morning, one afternoon and one at night), No machines (only treadmill and I have that at home), so basically I’ll need to pay 4,500 SR a year to attend one class of exercise a day (and no choice of classes) in this case I’d rather stick with DVD exercises at least I have many choices and I can exercise what ever time I like. I’m still going to look, a friend told me to check New Horizon they seem to have a gym too. Man I didn’t think that cities like Khubar/Dammam/Dhahran would not have gyms for ladies. Liya, try Dhahran Palace Hotel near North Park of Aramco (take "Dhahran" exit on highway where the highway splits for Jubail, Riyadh and Abqaiq immediately after Aramco Exhibition). Hotel Phone # is 330-5444 There daily rate is just SAR40 for health club and Swimming. I think for monthly membership its SAR300 and SAR500 for 3 months. Timings for ladies are 8:00AM to 4:30 PM (if I remember correctly). Men can use it after 4:30 to midnight. I used it for few days and the facilites are OK. Mahmood

There is a gym at saad hospital, it has morning and noon classes it has machines and it has alot of other things i used 2 go there,, and it's price is really good its 1000 SR a year but eveytime u want to get in the class u have 2 pay 15 SR.
