I need to buy my daughter a meal supplement/replacement drink while in Paris. In Canada, the drink is called "Ensure" and it contains approx. 350 calories and has vitamins and minerals added. I've google searched to see if anything like this exists in France and I can't find anything. Here we can buy it in the grocery store or drug store and it comes in six pack bottles. Thanks to anyone who can help.
Hi :-) Think drink is available in France but not in convenient stores and supermarket ; this product and simlars are seen as a medecine and available in pharmacies only. Not sure they would anyway accept, so come if possible with a medical prescription. Max ;-)

Ensure is made in Europe by Abbott Global. In the Netherlands it seems to be named ProSure but I can't find a name (or product) in France. I'd go to their web site and click their "Ask a Nutritionist" link and ask specifically what it is called in France. She may not know but she should be able to find out easily. ensure.com/ask-a-nutritionis... If you can't find it, you can buy it in powder form and take it with you. I'm sure it doesn't taste as good, but if she needs it, it might be worth putting up with the taste . . . and it might be fine. Hi, you can have it in a dispensary. Sometime they don't have the product right now but you can order it and they can have it for 48 hours later. Regards

yes indeed is done by Abbott, so it will be found in parapharmacies and natural stores chains. I am not familiar with the product but I guess if have time you can write to abbott as to whre it can be purchase in France. abbott.fr/abbott/Nous-Contac... see last email on info-abbott. HOpe it helps
