You mean "Ærø", the island? I think you can take a train partway there, but eventually you have to take a ferry...that's what the Danish rail website says...rejseplanen.dk/bin/query.exe...

Yes, you can take the train from Copenhagen to Svendborg (with a change in Odense). From Svendborg there is a ferry to Aero.
