Does anyone know where can I find a place where i can eat good kokorec in Adana? preferably in/near city center (Ataturk park).
I plan to visit Turkey with my wife and 2 daughters for 2 weeks in April 2014... our entry point is Istambul and exit to Antakya... we need help to organize our first trip to Turkey.
1980-81 I was stationed at Incirlik. There was a restaurant downtown and the story was that a roach coach, a traveling kitchen, broke down one day and was moved to the side of the road and a restaurant was built around it. I only knew it as Autobus. Does anyone know about it? Is it still there? Thank you.
I am thinking of going from Lefkosa to Tarsus and then to Goreme by bus from Adana but I cannnot find costs or times (as in distance from Adana to Goreme ) I could fly but suspect I will miss out on stunning scenery.
Could you help with some details please.
is there buses from adana airport to antakya or rehanli and how much?
Can anybody tell me anything about this bus service?
I will be arriving at Adana on 5th November and need to get to Kizkalesi. Someone told me about the Pegasus buses and that one does go to Mersin which is near enough to Kizkalesi, I can get a taxi the rest of the way.
I have emailed Pegasus twice now asking about this service but haven't received any information as yet.
What I would like to know is;
A ) Do I have to pre-book a place on the bus or can I just go to it on arrival and hope that there's enough space?
B )What happens if my flight is delayed or I have problems at Adana airport and miss my bus, can I just get on the one for the next flight?
C ) Does anyone know where in Mersin the bus stops? The bus timetable mentions a Migros but I haven't a clue where in Mersin this would be.
D ) Any idea of cost for the bus journey and then a taxi on to Kizkalesi?
I really would appreciate any help as I am travelling alone and I'm a bit worried about getting there and being stranded!
