Is it true that if you live in Dammam you can travel to Bahrain to enjoy the nightlife they have there? I have been told that Bahrain is where you can drink alcohol and women can dress normal over there.
I have heard the same thing from my friends living in Saudi Arabia

If your nationality can get an easy on arrival visa for Bahrain then it is true. On weekends the mainstay of the Bahraini tourist and hotel industry is Saudis looking for alcohol, so the queues on the causeway can get pretty long.
