Can a expat women with a child travel from Dammam to Dubai by road. Any restrictions on saudi or uae border?.
Well, you can't drive from Dammam to Dubai, I'm sure you already know that. If you mean can you travel with a driver by road from Dammam to Dubai, I'm not completely sure.

Yes ma'am you can travel with your driver also if he is under your sponsorship or you can take bus service from Saptco and there are some private services for busses also.
